Registration information for the Fall 2011 Season
All registrations can be submitted either at either of our walk-up registrations, or by registering on-line at the San Jose PAL website.
Walk-up registrations days are Saturdays, May 14th, June 11th and July 9th at the Rosegarden Public Library, 1580 Naglee Avenue, San Jose, 95126, between the hours of 9 am and 12 noon.
The San Jose PAL offices are at 680 So. 34th Street, San Jose, CA 95116. Hours are 9am - 4 pm Monday thru Friday. (408) 272-9725

2011 Registration fees are $85 until July 31st.
Late registration fees are $100 beginning August 1st.
For multiple players from the same family, fees are reduced $5 for each additional player.
*Head coaches will receive FREE registration for 1 player per team coached. Unfortunately, the PAL website cannot process player applications for children of coaches. Please send us an email if you would like to register your child for a team you will coach.
When registering on-line, be sure you choose to register with the “Rosegarden” district, either “B” for Boys or “G” for Girls.
The same discounts for multiple-player families will apply if registering on-line.
The following items are needed to complete your child’s registration:
· Forms completed
· Registration fee paid
· A copy of your child’s birth certificate (only for new players)
· Small 1”x1” photo of your child (used for player card)
*All items should be brought to walk-up registrations or mailed to the Metro PAL Offices if registering on-line.
All registered players will be placed on a team with children of the same age group. Coaches will be making contact with families 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the season. Our season starts on August 27th.
